Equipped with watercolor paper, paints, brushes, and a camera, the station creates an inviting space where guests can gather and enjoy the creative process. Guests can visit the station at their leisure to have their portraits painted.

Here’s what to expect during the process:

• I snap a quick photo of each guest (or group of up to 4 people). This allows them to return to the festivities immediately.

• Using the photo as a reference, I paint their portrait in my signature loose, expressive style.

• Portraits are completed in approximately 7 to 20 minutes, depending on the number of subjects and level of detail.

• Each finished portrait is placed in a crystal-clear protective sleeve or elegant mat frame, ensuring guests receive a polished and high-quality keepsake to take home.

Customization for Larger Events:

I can typically create 6-8 portraits per hour during a 3-hour session. For larger crowds, I work with you to manage guest flow, ensuring everyone gets a turn or receives a photo for completion later, maintaining engagement and satisfaction. If you’re expecting a large guest list, there are several ways to ensure more guests receive portraits:

• Simplified Portraits: By reducing detail, I can complete portraits in as little as 5 minutes. This is ideal for larger events where speed is a priority.

• Extended Hours: Adding extra time ensures more guests are accommodated without sacrificing quality.

• Assistant and Photobooth: For streamlined workflow, an assistant can manage guest flow, frame portraits, and facilitate a photobooth. This helps me stay focused on painting, allowing for slightly more portraits per hour.

• 3-Hour Base Package: $1,200 (approx. 21-22 portraits)

• Additional Hour: $400 (adds 8-10 portraits)

• Assistant (includes photobooth and mat frames): $500

• Photobooth (without assistant): $300

• Mat Frames and Bags (without assistant): $150

If the guest list exceeds 50, I recommend booking additional hours or including an assistant to ensure more guests receive a portrait.
