What are the additional travel fees?

Clients who book my live wedding painting services for events outside of Maui will incur additional travel fees. These fees include round-trip air transportation, ground transportation, lodging, event parking, per diem, Maui Airport parking, and gas. A separate invoice with the detailed exact amount of the travel fees will be sent to clients.

Why do I charge travel fees?

As an artist, I take pride in delivering a personalized experience to each of my clients. To ensure that I can bring my best work to events outside of Maui, I need to invest time and resources into planning and preparing for each event. Travel fees help cover these additional costs and allow me to deliver the same level of service to clients outside of Maui as I do to my clients in Maui.


How are travel fees calculated?

Travel fees are relative to the specific location of the event, the date of the event, and the cost of booking plane tickets, lodging, and car rental at the moment I purchase reservations. To save the date, clients need to pay a minimum deposit of $1,000 on the package invoice. A separate invoice with the detailed exact amount of the travel fees will be sent to clients.

Clients have until the day of their wedding or event to complete the payment on the package invoice.


Tips for planning your event with ease

To help clients plan their events with ease, I recommend booking my services at least 6 months in advance to ensure availability and to allow ample time for planning and preparation. It's also helpful to provide as much information as possible about the event, including the location, date, and any special requests or details. How to Book My Services for an Out of Maui Event

Contact me via email or phone to discuss your event and inquire about my availability.

If I'm available and you decide to book my services, I will send you a contract and invoice.

To save the date, you will need to pay a minimum deposit of $1,000 on the package invoice.

I will then send a separate invoice with the detailed exact amount of the travel fees.

Clients have until the day of their wedding or event to complete the payment on the package invoice.

A: Usually, I will be painting the entire day at the event, and if possible, I like to visit the location of the venue to coordinate details with the wedding planner or person in charge, usually at the time of the rehearsal the day before.

A: Yes, these are some of the expenses that are included in my travel fees.
