Reschedule, Exchange, or Merchandise Credit Only

When you reserve a date, you are securing a spot on my calendar, which means event reservations are non-refundable.

However, I understand that plans can change. If your event is postponed or canceled, I'm happy to work with you to reschedule the date whenever possible. Alternatively, you can apply your deposit toward another service or artwork of equal value.

This policy is valid for up to two years from the initial payment date and applies in all circumstances. These include wedding cancellations, changes in plans, breakups, bereavement, natural disasters, acts of God, or weather-related issues.

Original Art Sales and Commissioned Portraits

All sales of original artwork and commissioned portraits are final. I do not offer returns or refunds for these items.

Your satisfaction is very important to me. For commissioned portraits, I provide up to two complimentary edits to ensure the final piece meets your vision. Should you require further adjustments beyond the first two, additional fees may apply. Exchanges for other artwork of equal value are also possible within 14 days of purchase, provided the original piece is returned in its original condition.
